The applicant is
required to need thoroughly and understands tie terms &
condition, policies & procedures
of the company as given below. This application/agreement
form is considered as an authentic and legally
binding document. This contract is between applicant
(hereinafter referred to as member) and
MMP Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as
MMP Group)
The applicant should have completed minimum 18 years of age
and shall be competent to enter into contract as provided of
Indian contract Act. § The
MMP Group not responsible or liable for any
amount of cash paid to anybody anywhere except at the
registered office of the MMP Group.
The registered member shell be wanted to promote “PACKAGE”
and also get payroll card (ATM card) (optional) issued by
MMP Group.
Maintenance / administrative charges & bank ATM card cost
will be deducted from active member’s first payout as
and when generated.
Payment will be made only when an id reaches the minimum
limit of Rs.100/-. This minimum limit is at the sole
discretion of MMP Group whenever it is changed ,the
information will be provide on website.
In all cash incentive and awards will be given after
deduction of T.D.S. 10.33% as formulated by government norms.
The commission/incentive will be credited on monthly
basis by direct transfer in respective member’s ATM card
allotted to him/her by MMP Group.
At any point of limit, if member would like to change
his/her Mobile number or communication address the member
has and to his/her liability to inform to the MMP Group.
The member will be eligible for incentives or commission
only as per the volume joining done by his/her and also
subject to the eligibility norms formulated by the MMP
Group. The MMP Group dose not issues any commission or
incentive to the member on merely account of his/her joining
MMP Group.
The member will not be consumer, agent or employee of the
MMP Group. His/her position being so, he/she cannot bind the
MMP Group in any manner, not he/she has any authority to
bind the MMP Group or to represent to speak on behalf of the
MMP Group.
All individual member should adhere to rule and regulation
from by the MMP Group and if any of the member found guilty
of not observing the same, then he/she will be terminated
from the MMP Group.
The MMP Group reserves all rights to terminate membership in
following cases:
a. If the member Acts against the interest the
MMP Group.
b.
If the member refuse to accept any of the term and condition
agreed upon at the time of login with the MMP Group or subsequently altered
/amended/ added by the MMP Group.
Once a membership is terminated, he/she cannot enter in to
any of the MMP Group premises, meeting location of the
MMP Group and his/her current or pending incentive/commission will be stopped
immediately.
The member shell not compels or reduces or misleads any
person with any fraise statement/promise to join the MMP
Group.
The MMP Group reserves to right to reject any membership /
member its own discretion.
The member shell ensures that all the information furnished
to the company is correct and properly entered. Any request
for correction furnished by the member as to his/her sponsor
or placements details will not be entertained, once payments
are processed.
The company reserves the right to modify the terms and
conditions, make any alteration additions giving prior
notice thought its website and it will be binding on all the
members of the MMP Group.
The terms and conditions within above mentioned shell be
governed in accordance with law in force in the lenition of
India. Dimples if any arise, shell be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the SURAT (Gujarat).
